Gas Recovery Unit Mounted on a convenient cart with 10" (250 mm) pneumatic tires for ease of movement. Evacuates equipment up to 28.5" Hg (50 mbar) during recovery to ensure minimum gas loss. Purifies, dries, and filters SF6 to 0.1 microns during recovery and re-pressurization. Vacuum pump can evacuate equipment to less than 1 Torr (1 mbar) and comes with anti-suck back valve. Large 4" (100 mm) easy-to-read stainless steel gauges. All filters are easily changed without disconnecting any tubing or using any tools.
